little jars of cupcakes...

Have you seen the beautiful garden bridal shower that Ruby over at Cakies threw for her friend?  It looks positively magical.  Everything is so sunny and wonderful!  She made a beautiful pinata out of a vintage book and these absolutely adorable cupcakes in a jar!

from here.

I cannot get over how amazing these are!  I mean, red velvet,  those jars, the blue bakers twine, and the wooden spoons!  Oh, they just make me giddy!  It makes me want to throw a party just as an excuse to make them.
What's your favorite kind of cupcake?

I think mine would have to be chocolate with buttercream frosting, but that red velvet sure looks yummy!

  5. Oh, wow- those cupcakes look amazing and I'm not even a cake girl! Cherry pie for me, all the way. Or brownies! I love that they used a vintage book for the pinata- did you get a picture of that? I can't picture how that would work!

Thanks for stopping by my blog, too!
