Bathroom Makeover

Since we have the week off, Jon and I decided to tackle a little home project. Our half bath off the kitchen was in desperate need of a little help. Well....maybe not quite desperate, but it had been on my list for a long time!

A little paint makes such a huge difference. We went with a slightly green grey.  I have to say, I really like it.  I can't get over how much cleaner it looks/feels.

Now I can't wait to paint the rest of the house!

What's the last home project you did?

  1. It does look great! I like the color you picked. I really, really want to re-do the paint in my living room. It is green and I hate it! I just haven't decided what color I want yet. I am thinking a tan a shade lighter than our kitchen and dining room...or off white. I just want something light and clean looking.

  2. The result is amazing - did you ONLY do the walls? The colour change makes it look like you've changed all the fittings too! Look forward to seeing what happens with the rest of the house!

  3. The last home project I did was painting the inside of the house...and it all started with one little bathroom painting project! Have fun!

    Happy New Year!

  4. I agree, it makes a huge difference! The 'before' was still lovely, but a little... generic looking? The grey makes it look super sharp and sophisticated, nice job! Sadly, living in student family housing, we don't have much leeway with home improvement projects... the last thing I can think of was making our own very large chalkboard that we hung in the kitchen. That was definitely a whole-weekend project, but we use it all the time!!
