17 weeks....
How Far Along: Tuesday marked 17 weeks into this pregnancy, which blows my mind! It seriously is going so fast!
How am I feeling?: Good. I've been tired lately, but my schedule at work changed too, and I've been getting up an hour earlier than usual, so I'm hoping it has more to do with that than actual pregnancy fatigue. Also, I'm feeling super out of shape! I suppose that can be expected when your uterus is the size of a cantaloupe. I'm actually surprised at how much I feel restricted already. It's hard to bend over, shave my legs, paint my toenails already. This is gonna get interesting, folks! Also, we went on a walk last night. A WALK. Mind you, we maybe went 1.5 miles, probably more like 1 mile, and I was exhausted! My left butt cheek was cramping and I was slightly out of breath. Again, this is gonna get ugly....I just know it!
Movement: I think I've been feeling some "quickening" but nothing distinguishable yet. I can't wait!
Sleep: Oh boy. My dreams have picked up again. Night before last I had a very disturbing, sad dream that I'm not even going to go into here. Let's just say there was death, and mourning, and it was very sad! Last night was much more hilarious, and involved ultrasounds where I forgot to tell them I didn't want to know the gender, some not so nice old neighbors and their recently {in my dream} out of the closet 10 year old, a medical professional showing off her pregnancy skin flap and massive stretch marks, and waiting for coffee at Starbucks. All in all, pregnancy dreams are quite entertaining!
Cravings: Carbs, carbs, carbs
Food Aversions: At one point this week I thought veggies were back on, but they're not. Still can't do salads, which makes me a sad panda. :( But, I've been more than making up for it with fruits!
Best Moment this week: Realizing that my belly looks more like a baby bump and less like I ate too many enchiladas. {documented with bad iPhone photo above.} I've also been so enamored with my husband this week. He's so, so good to me, and I love him so much! I can't imagine experiencing this with anyone else. I just want to steal him away all to myself!

You look adorable! Pregnancy dreams can be quite wild :). And walking is the best exercise if your butt cheeks can handle it!! :D
