I'm loving this sweet heart garland found on Down and Out Chic!  Wouldn't these be lovely for Valentine's Day!?  I never do much decorating for Valentine's, but maybe this years my year!  I'm picturing them in pinks and reds against a snowy February backdrop.  {at the rate we're going, we'll have 3 feet of snow by then!}
