Let's party...

I want to have a party and hang one of these from my ceiling!  Heck, we don't even need a party, I'll hang it anyway!  



These fabulous tassel garlands are made by Confetti System, and I was introduced to them through Mixed Plate.

    Wow, interesting! I always used to love those string lights when I was a teenager, the kind that had little paper lanterns or plastic cows attached. These kind of remind me of that. :)
